Step 1: Create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account

The first step is to create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account at the Trusted Traveler Website

Step 2: Log in to your TTP account and complete the application

The second step is to complete your application for Global Entry on the Trusted Traveler website. Once approved you will then be ready to book your interview appointment.

Step 3: Schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center

After accepting your completed application, CBP will conduct a review. If your application is conditionally approved, your TTP account will instruct you to schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center. Each applicant must schedule a separate interview.

Step 4: Find an earlier appointment or snag last minute cancellations at enrollment centers booked for 1 year

Often West Palm Beach Enrollment Center will have "No appointments Available" on the Trusted Travel program website, or you will find appointment interviews that are months out. Directions: Located at the Port Of Palm Beach Cruise Terminal - **NOT AT PBI AIRPORT** . From I-95 - Head EAST on Exit 76 Blue Heron Blvd (2.7mi) // Turn RIGHT (south) onto Broadway Ave (0.8mi) // Turn LEFT onto E. 11th ST (0.2mi). Proceed straight to open parking lot across from 6 story building. Park facing water. Enter through glass double-doors under green awning. Elevator opens promptly at 1pm to the 3rd floor. *Note* - If using an Apple Phone for GPS directions, use Google Chrome browser for navigation not Safari. Waze is also another option. Notes: Each applicant must schedule a separate interview. You will need to bring all of your valid passport(s) - USA & Foreign, and one other form of identification, such as a driver’s license or State ID card to your interview. Minors can use a birth certificate as a secondary form of ID, if no state ID is available. If you are a lawful permanent resident, you must present your machine readable permanent resident card as well. If you possess a valid USA Visa in an expired foreign passport, you will need that as well. Welcome to the West Palm Beach Seaport Global Entry Enrollment Center (EC).Effective Sunday, May 15, 2022, Global Entry hours of operation at the West Palm Beach EC will be 1200-1500. Appointments will be available from 1200-1400 (12:00pm-2:00pm).We will accommodate Walk-ins from 1400-1500 (2:00pm-3:00pm) daily 7 days a week- Excluding Federal Holidays.
