Global Entry Interview Appointments Tips

These tips will help you find an appointment for Global Entry at locations through out the United States and overseas.

Step 1: Create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account

The first step is to create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account at the Trusted Traveler Website

Step 2: Log in to your TTP account and complete the application

The second step is to complete your application for Global Entry on the Trusted Traveler website. Once approved you will then be ready to book your interview appointment.

Step 3: Schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center

After accepting your completed application, CBP will conduct a review. If your application is conditionally approved, your TTP account will instruct you to schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center. Each applicant must schedule a separate interview.

Step 4: Find an earlier appointment or snag last minute cancellations at enrollment centers booked for 1 year

Often San Juan Global Entry Enrollment Center will have "No appointments Available" on the Trusted Travel program website, or you will find appointment interviews that are months out. With TTPAppointments.com we automatically find last-minute cancellations and new appointment interview openings for you and alert you by text and email. While everyone else is struggling to find an appointment, you will be able to get alerts sometimes daily on new appointment availability.

Directions: Global Entry Interviews are currently conducted at the new CBP location on the Interior Patio called “La Placita de Aerostar” if you are flying in to PR as soon as you depart the Baggage claim area for all Airlines EXCEPT Jet Blue, a set of double doors will open leading you in to an Interior Patio, our office is located on the right hand side. If you are driving to the airport then park your vehicle at the multi-level garage and go down to the first level, once you start walking towards the airport building you will see some columns that are painted grey and that are numbered, follow column number eight and that will lead you in to the interior patio “La Placita de Aerostar” you will see the office right in front of you. If you have any trouble finding the location please call 787-253-7247.

Notes: DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR PASSPORT BOOK TO THE ENROLLMENT CENTER.All Global Entry Appointments for the San Juan Enrollment Center are set on Local Time. Puerto Rico does not experience Daylight Saving Time Zone changes. As a precautionary measure to keep both yourself and our staff safe, please remember to maintain social distancing and wear a facemask while waiting for your interview.
