Step 1: Create a TTP Account

Create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account at the Trusted Traveler Website

Step 2: Complete Your Application

Log in to your TTP account and complete the Global Entry application. Once approved, you'll be ready to book your interview appointment.

Step 3: Schedule Your Interview

After approval, schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center. Each applicant must schedule separately.

Step 4: Get Instant Alerts for Cancellations

JFK International Global Entry EC often shows "No Appointments Available" or dates months away. TTP Appointments automatically finds last-minute cancellations and new openings, alerting you by text and email.

The Global Entry Office is located in the International Arrivals Hall of Terminal 4 closest to West Wing Exit (Across from the Diner). Enrollment Center hours: CLOSED ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYSMonday-Friday 06:30 AM- 08:30 PM. Saturday-Sunday 07:00 AM- 08:00 PM.

Notes:

Bring documents entered in application to appointment (UNEXPIRED PASSPORT, VISA, LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD) and proof of current address. *Interviews will not be conducted without valid documents. *No Walk-ins allowed. Only scheduled appointments will be processed. Additional family members wishing to be interviewed on the same day are required to schedule their own time slot.
