Step 1: Create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account
The first step is to create a Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) account at the Trusted Traveler Website
Step 2: Log in to your TTP account and complete the application
The second step is to complete your application for Global Entry on the Trusted Traveler website. Once approved you will then be ready to book your interview appointment.
Step 3: Schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center
After accepting your completed application, CBP will conduct a review. If your application is conditionally approved, your TTP account will instruct you to schedule an interview at a Global Entry Enrollment Center. Each applicant must schedule a separate interview.
Step 4: Find an earlier appointment or snag last minute cancellations at enrollment centers booked for 1 year
Often Atlanta International Global Entry EC will have "No appointments Available" on the Trusted Travel program website, or you will find appointment interviews that are months out. Directions: The Global Entry office is located in the International Terminal in Concourse F. From downtown Atlanta take Interstate 75/85 south. Bear left to continue south (or north) on Interstate 75 to exit 239 (U.S. 19/41; Central Avenue; C.W. Grant Parkway) following signs to Air Cargo and Loop Rd., turn right at the top of the ramp onto C.W. Grant Parkway. Continue straight and proceed through the intersection at Loop Road onto Maynard Jackson Jr. Boulevard, following signs to Departures, Arrivals and parking. Follow signs to Arrivals / Hourly parking. Follow the signs for Terminal Access. Go down one escalator. Look to the right. The Global Entry office is located on the Arrivals level across from the main entrance (next to Starbucks and CNN).If you are arriving on MARTA or are parking at the main (domestic) terminal, shuttle buses provide transportation to the International Terminal Concourse F, arrivals level. From concourses within the airport, take the airport train to concourse F, exit and take the escalators to the Arrivals level. Proceed towards the Exit. The Global Entry office is located on the Arrivals level across from the main entrance (next to Starbucks and CNN).Our office is located in the Maynard Jackson International Terminal F on the arrivals level, next to the Starbucks and the CNN store. The airport location has hourly parking available; applicants are not required to go through TSA to reach the Global Entry office. You must bring all valid passports and any other valid US entry documents to your appointment, or you will be rescheduled.
